I would advise all buyers to inspect any products purchased from J.P. Enterprises . If your purchasing a refrigerator or True refrigerator, please ask the firm to provide photos showing the number of welds around the compressor area and cooler. I had so many welds, that my repaired man referred this as a hack job.
I lost $500 dollars for a poor product which I trusted was a higher quality product. Lessons learned.
I had to pay $25 for the city to haul it away.
Wed, 3 Oct 2007 09:05:57 -0700 (PDT) to J.P. Enterprises I worked with two firms. - One was a ma/pa shop which would fix anything - The other was more professional and had all the parts in his van. The professional could not find the leak with the sniffer and added different freon to make the leak easier to find. Upon his review, he noticed it was very very hacked up with multiple welds at the compressor area and on top where the cooler/controler is located. He could find the leak and told me what he thinks is the problem, but the cost to fix it would exceed the cost of the unit. Both the firms assumed the leak was located at the back where new tubing would have been placed. Enclosed is the bill of the professional firm and the laborer name is Mr. Duncan. The ma/pa shop hasn't billed me. Please advise how you would like to proceed with this sale? Should I return the unit COD? I have your address. Please advise in one week before I ship it back. JP didn't and I tried to communicate with them. > >
